After update to 1.92 host of errors

I updated my transmission build to 1.92 and the program will stop responding if the amount of traffic is too high (about 300kb/s) and i used to maintain speeds of at least 1mbs so im a little distraught lol, as well as the occasional "permission denied error" with torrents that had originally downloaded to an external drive, but after re adding them to download to my local disk, the error persists. Help?

Which version are you upgrading from? What happens if you disable the DHT globally?
