Growl - Download Complete

Whenever a download completes for me Growl never gives me the notification. I tried setting the priority to "high" and "emergency" but still nothing shows up. Is this a known bug?

Do you have 'Enabled' checked? Stay on screen: 'Always'?

Both are checked. Still nothing.

Looks like it. I have my seed ratio set to stop at "0.00" as well. I guess Ill have to rely on the seed complete messages for now until it's fixed.
