on 2.01 and build #3093, os 10.6.4, the inspector window displays incorrectly:
If there is a view which is longer than the screen width, it puts the view's top over the top of the window and displays the bottom of the list on top of the other items on the window:
peers tab (bug usually starts here):
main info tab (bug still exists)
it corrects after restarting the application, but starts over soon
window close/reopen does not help either.
Inspector window error
Re: Inspector window error
I'm on 10.6.4 using TM 2.02 and I can't get the inspector window to show at all. Very frustrating.
Tried forcing it out with exposé, tried double clicking torrents in the main window, using the shortcut, bringing all windows to front..
When I use the shortcut, the menubar tab "View" lights up as if I had clicked it, but does nothing, as if it has stalled.
Preferences, Statistics and Message Log windows open normally.

Re: Inspector window error
yep, me too. using windowshade x maybe? i am. usually this sort of thing is a conflict with that. but it wasn't a problem before 2.02.neko wrote:I'm on 10.6.4 using TM 2.02 and I can't get the inspector window to show at all. Very frustrating.

Re: Inspector window error
Update: I'm not using windowshade, or any similar interface mod. Turns out I can't add torrents either - apparently that's linked to the inspector window bug somehow.
However! When I try to add a torrent that's already in progress (added before the upgrade), then a window comes up to warn me that "A transfer of "Torrent" already exists".
Edit: Turns out that "adding" (the initial window never shows and the torrent isn't listed in the main window) a new torrent causes the "A transfer already exists" window to pop up upon retrying, seemingly indicating the program is adding new torrents invisibly (?!).
Seems like others have had luck with the nightly build, so I'll try that.
Edit 2 (sorry for the mess): The nightly build #3098 seems to solve both inspector window issue and adding torrent issue. Yay!

Re: Inspector window error
If I'm understanding you correctly, this is the bug introduced in 2.02 that forced a quick release of 2.03 yesterday.
If the problem persists in 2.03, please let me know. Thanks!
