About "Support for automatically stopping idle seeding t..."

I need to know if this new feature in 2.10 can be disabled. I suppose it is because if the torrent is stopped it won't start again when there are leechers.

Yes, it can be disabled.

If you're using the mac client, go to preferences>transfers>management and uncheck the box that says, "stop seeding when inactive for".
