How to change link, Transmission on iPhone

Started connecting to Transmission by web, using my iPhone, and was wondering, if the IP I'm connected to changes, is there any "correct" way of changing the IP that the web app is linking? Or should I just delete the web-app and re-create it by going to Safari and creating a new link?

Look into setting up a dynamic DNS service on the computer running transmission.. then you just link to the name and it keeps up to date with one link.
