Rename file name when adding a torrent download...

Is it possible to ad a feature which will alow to rename file name when you add a torrent file for download?
It is posssible now in utorrent for example.

I need it becouse i use XBMC media player. It search for a new files in store and looking for an information about this file. When file is on the russian (translit) it stops with a fault. So i need to rename file to it original eng name every time the transmission stops the download. After that i could not seed any more.

Can you explain it to me? You see i'm using web gui ... and when i'm adding a new torrent there is no way to change file names... i see in the ticket that somone working on it. But when it will be able to use in web-gui?

Or i should ask somwhere else?

They are working on it but have no set release planned for it so there is no more we can say about it.
