No prompt window when downloading magnet link

I mean, this window.

It's in russian, but, i hope, you understand what i mean

So i could push "Download with magnet link" on any site and download would start automatically in default folder

Or is there a way to make it on version 2.31 (12441)?

Transmission is not to be used for piracy. Do not use it.
