Make daemon and webgui report freespace in download dir

Hello,

I have Transmission running on my NAS at home.

My big hard disks are almost always spinned down as I have Transmission running from a 80GB laptop hdd.

Most of the time I add torrent files is while I am at work, in the train or with friends.

It would be very helpful to see how many diskspace is left in the incomplete/download dir in these situations.

I already found https://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/3833 which seems to have resulted in an almost finished solution?

Just posting it here on the forum to get some more opinions on this.
