hiding seeding torrents

Post by p0t@t1s »

I'd like to seed when finished downloading, but am always anxious to add new torrents, although I don't want too many in Transmission in the same time. So it's kind of tempting to remove torrents that aren't completely seeded yet so I can add new ones, which is, of course not good for other people wanting to download.

Could any of the following be of interest to implement?

1. An "Remove torrent when finished seeding" option under "Stop seeding at ratio:"
2. A tab system where all seeding torrents are in one tab, separate from the rest.
3. An option to not display seeding torrents at all in Transmission, instead they
will be seeded until the file(s) cannot be located on the computer anymore.

What client are you using? I know the web interface already has a filter for ALL, Downloading, Seeding, Complete and I am fairly sure all off the desktop versions do as well.

Not using the Mac client but I am guessing it would be the filter / magnify glass button.
