How do I migrate torrents?

I'm about to move to a bigger external hard disk. I have 100 torrents that are incomplete. How do I migrate these torrents to the new external drive? I can move the files but how do I get transmission to resume after moving the files? Thanks.

Oh wow how did I miss that. Can I do that action while downloading? Or should I pause everything? thank you

You can move them while they are downloading but if you are moving them between harddrives (or partitions) then it might be a good idea to pause them first depending on how big the files are the torrent, how much memory you have in that machine and how active the torrent is. Where those lines go I'm not really sure but I guess a couple of 100 megs for file size is a good point to consider.
