I had the same problem after I updated. HELP PLEASE.

this issue still on 10.5, it's not fixed yet on OSX 10.5

I experienced the same problem of Transmission 2.41 crashing on my iMac (OS 10.5.8) on attempted launch after installation of the update.

I'm running Mac OS 10.5.8 on a 1.83Ghz Core Duo iMac, and since I last updated Transmission it crashes when I try to run it. I get the following error information under the "Problem Details" tab.
Process: Transmission [1054]
Is it still possible to download the old version?

Always at launch, not doing anything in particular. I downgraded back to 2.33, which works fine.

the first link brings up a Status Code: 404 error. the 2nd link works and launches fine for me (10.5.8).

I thought this was only a 10.5 issue. Can you post a crash log from the release version so I can see if this was the same issue?
Could others confirm if this build fixes this as well (and what OS you're on).

Can you try with the latest from
https://build.transmissionbt.com/job/2.4x-mac/
I've removed a bunch of misleading posts with x190 linking to the wrong builds and the very confusing resultant discussion. Normally I wouldn't do that, but in this case it was really needed.
