"Active" filter not updating

I think this started happening with 2.40. The problem I'm seeing is mostly cosmetic, but still annoying.

I like to keep Transmission with the "Active" filter on, so I only see torrents which haven't stalled. In previous versions, the filter would update automatically when torrents became active or stalled out. Now I have to manually select a different filter and go back to active, otherwise it shows torrents which aren't currently active.

I'm using 2.41 on OS X 10.7.2
