Why Doesn't my Speed Limit Schedule Work?

Hi Transmission,

I seem to be having a problem with Transmission's Speed Limit scheduling feature.
Whenever I schedule the speed limit mode, it never triggers the speed limit at the given time.
The blue turtle at the bottom actually turns on, but the download and upload speed never actually change to the set limit...
This is very annoying because I want to download in off peak time...

I am running the latest beta version of Transmission on OS X Lion 10.7.2

Do you have any per-torrent settings for bandwidth in Inspector->Options?

I normally have the setting in that set to:

Limit Download: Off
Limit Upload: On- 5 kb/s
Global Bandwidth: Off
Maximum Peer Connections: 900

But I don't think that would affect the speed limit... Would it?

Wow! It works now!

It has never worked for me but now it works all of a sudden!
