Group location only for completed downloads

It would be very nice if there was a feature that allowed all incomplete downloads to be in one folder, and then, once completed, based upon group, the file be moved to a new location. I realize that the current feature allows custom locations for groups already, but this feature would allow users to download to their computer, and then automatically move it into the appropriate NAS directory (my use).
