[SOLVED] Total Upload/Download traffic

I'm running Transmission in daemon mode on a headless computer and using the web interface to acess it from another workstation. I'm trying to keep track of total upload/download traffic used by transmission (I have limited total traffic per month). However, I've looked at the logs and the wiki and I can't seem to find any means of getting this information. Is it possible with transmission? If, yes, how?

Does transmission also report the total value including overhead?
