Will Transmissions remember files after reboot?

Hi,

I'm not sure where to ask this.

I have no choice but to reinstall the OS on my iMac. I'm currently seeding 800 files and I'd like to keep doing that. I have a working backup (through Time Machine) I'll reinstall from. I've never reinstalled before, so I'm a little nervous: after the reboot will my torrents still be there for seeding, or will I be back at square one?

If backup is done properly you should be ok.
