after reinstall torrents not seeding

Hi,

I had to do a clean (re)install my OSX Lion. I had been seeding 751 torrents before, and though every other program on my computer is running as it was before the reinstall (from the Time Machine backup), Transmission isn't seeding. Is there a way to get it to seed them again? If the program can't recognize where the torrents are, I have too many to go one by one to reconnect them individually.

Any suggestions?

I've already checked that the settings were as they were before, and they are. Even the ratio is the same as before.

It took a little bit of playing but I finally got the torrents to load again.
