Doubt transmission and load balance

Hey guys,

Im not a network expert and im trying to seed from two different cables modens. Here is what I have:
- Two cable modens (20mb each)
- TP-LINK Router R470T+ (Load Balance Router)
- Linksys WRT350N (DD-WRT firmware) connected on the TP-Link router
- D-Link NAS-321 with transmission connected on Linksys router

Everything is set up right and working ok.
What I want to do is, seed from both cable modens and download from one only.
I've already joined both conexions in the TP-Link router and tested it with speedtest, although I couldnt increase my upload rate on transmission. When it reaches about 200kbps it keeps this range.
Is it needed to announce in more trackers? Should I set up anything differently?

Just some more infos. Im using transmission version 2.60, my Linksys router is running with plenty memory available and connections on my NAS reaches about 500.

I'm not sure that there is anything that the Transmission devs can do about this since I suspect the limitations are in the bittorrent protocol itself.
