Installation Failed

I'm trying to install v.7.8 for windows. Unfortunately, the installation is fail because it is block by my anti-virus. What should I do?

Good thing his anti-virus caught it. No telling how malicious that bugger was they're trying to install as transmission.

Now my smart a$$ child would have disabled the anti-virus to get the program to install then brought me the computer saying "It's not working, I get all these pop ups and it's running so slow I can't use it"...
