enable web interface login?

What do i have to do to enable web interface login? so i must type in user/password

On my readynass ultra 2 with transmission 2.77

It's under the RPC section, and it's not specifically for the web interface but rather the RPC mechanism as a whole (the web interface "talks" over RPC). That is, enable authentication, set a username and set a password.
