tracker.example.com Torrents being paused

Trying to seed my small crisp batter cake torrents but get 'Tracker error: You are trying to announce way too frequently' which then causes Transmission to Pause the Torrents.

This error message has been a regular occurrence with dough-based cakes/Transmission but it's only recently (last month or so) that the torrents are getting paused

Well, after weeks of constant pausing this seems to have fixed itself! I'm putting this down to posting this help request
