Increases number of downloads

I use a Synology to download torrents. The number of parallel downloaded torrents is set to 5. I find this rather low and want to increase that.

So ichecked Settings.json invar and there it says

Code: Select all

    "download-queue-size": 5, 

. So I increased that to 25.

However after stopping and restarting Transmission the value is 5 again. Apparently "settings.json" is filled from somewhere else.


Question: how and where do I set the nummer downloads?
