Seeding-phobic needs help

I am brand new to this whole "create a torrent and seed it" thing. Typically all I do is download, and now I'm trying to create and seed.

Here is what worked:
I created the torrent, uploaded it to the sharing website, and now am trying to seed it. But it won't seed. I've got two leechers, but ... nothing. What am I doing wrong? I checked the file location and all seems okay where that's concerned.

I am so lost when it comes to this stuff. Thanks for your help.

I double checked, triple checked, quadrupled checked - I am 100% certain.

And then you d/led a copy from them?

Yes, but that's where I'm confused. How can I download when I'm supposed to be uploading and seeding?

You may have to wait a bit until they have available bandwidth.

Yes. I checked private.

There is a reason why I've never done this before, and I am living that reason right now. Sigh.
