Magnet Links not working

Magnet Links not working
When I download a Magnet Link then I see "Downloaded" in the safari screen but Transmission is not started. How to get this feature working?

There is nothing to double-click. The moment I select a Magnet Link (e.g. Pirate bay) something is started (with no result.
Weird thing is that if I install another BT client (uTorrent or QTtorrent) then that app is started without any special action. Just select in browser and presto. I would expect BTtransmission to do same.
