I have a torrent that's 96% complete. There's a peer with 100% of the file. It appears in the peer list, and after a few seconds, it disappears, unable to download anything from it. It doesn't seem like other peers can download anything from it either.
I don't know if it's blocked from uploading or if it's a problem with the Transmission 2.2.1 version. I've seen this behavior in other downloads. I've tried Deluge, and the same thing happens.
I don't see an option to download the same version to test. From 2.01, it goes to 2.03 (1), and 2.01 gives me an error when I try to compile it, but that's a topic for another post.
