utorrent to transmission migration

is there a guide around for safely migrating everything from utorrent to transmission?
i'm on mac.
just don't won't to loss anything or mess up any of my tracker accounts.

If you (or anybody else here) know how to perform a smooth migration from uTorrent to Transmission I'd greatly appreciate as well
