Says seeding, but not showing uploading

Just today I started having problems with seeding. On Transmission it says that the file is seeding to 7 of 7 peers, but does not show it actually uploading. The KB/s meter stays at 0.0. I have quit Transmission and restarted my computer, but nothing has changed. My computer did unexpectedly shut down when I forgot to plug it in, and it was after that the problems started, so I'm thinking it might be tied into that? Help is much appreciated!

Sorry, I'm new to torrents and seeding. Where would I find that?
