How do view just transfers being uploaded?

I suppose this may be a stupid question, but how do I view just the active uploads/transfers that are currently being seeded (i.e. have an upload rate > 0)?

If I go to Active or Seeding I see many transfers. Sometimes one of my old "active" seeds will start uploading data and I have to closely go through the list to see which one is actually uploading. Is there a quicker way to just show active uploads?

no there isn't, sorry. would be good if there was tho, & i'm sure it's been requested before
