Switching to a New Computer - Question

Here's my setup:

I have transmission running on a mac mini, which is connected to a firewire drive where all my torrents are stored.

I just bought a new computer to replace the current one. I don't need to move my torrents, since they're all on an external hard drive. I want to keep seeding the torrents I've downloaded, but I'm not clear on how to transfer that information from my old computer to my new one.

Sorry if this question has been posed before. I've done some searches and haven't really found the answer I'm looking for. Perhaps it's more simple than I think and I'm overlooking the obvious.
