Graphic Update for Inspector Buttons

I took the time to update the buttons on the Inspector panel. If someone likes them enough to merge them with the branch, feel free. Just a few lines in the CSS and 1 new graphic:

The actual change to the css is very hard to spot because of the reformatting. ( Changes in whitespace. )

I am also seeing what buttons you have. Checking with "live http headers", I see 404s for the necessary images.
