Man, I love the transmission client. A big thing though for me is that there's no uTP support. If I use uTorrent on a PC, I notice most of the connections are uTP. Where do I go to find out the latest info about adding that feature? Have you guys started tinkering with it? I noticed ktorrent has uTP now (I haven't tried it out). Would it be hard to add? What are the challenges?
uTP works on the same UDP port that is currently in use only by DHT. In IRC, jch stated that he's working to get DHT and uTP to work together which may mean that uTP will be implemented in the nearish future.
