Migrating all seeds to fresh install

I'm seeding well over 1,000 torrents, all divided up within certain folders respective of their different trackers, and I'd like to do a fresh OS X install. Obviously I would save all the torrent data, preserve the file structure, etc., but individually adding that many torrents back to Transmission isn't practical. What files would I need to save and subsequently recopy into a fresh installation so that Transmission would automatically recognize my torrents upon opening?

I looked through some past posts, and the following files kept popping up, but I am not a developer and really don't know what these do. Are these files my culprits?:

~/LibraryApplication Support/Transmission <-- whole folder
~/Library/Preferences/org.m0k.transmission.LSSharedFileList.plist
~/Library/Preferences/org.m0k.transmission.plist
~/Library/Caches/org.m0k.transmission <--whole folder

I think you only just need:

~/Library/Application Support/Transmission/*
~/Library/Preferences/org.m0k.transmission.plist
