Port Closed on Mac Snow Leopard

My port is closed (although it's previously been open). I have Automatically map port and randomize port enabled in my preferences. I'm getting the following error in my message log:

Please can someone advise as to what I should do?

Thanks

Tried to disable/enable UPnP on router - no luck.
Version 2.12 worked.

I solved it for my case (P660RT). I disabled UPnP rules reserve

Code: Select all

sys upnp reserve 0
and cleared current nat rules

Code: Select all

ip nat server clear 1
