Is it possible to stop Seeding once a Download is finished?

Hiya, I have done some searching on this but have yet to find a definitive answer? My country has poor broadband cap allowance monthly and I only download tv shows occasionally? I would very much like to have my download stop seeding / removed from the list once it is finished? I have seen complicated shell scripts suggested and ratio stuff discussed but is this simple scenario supported on Transmission for mac?

It's bad for the swarm, yes, but you can set a ratio of 0. It will always match when the download is done.
