Disappearing files and partial files

Hi,

No idea what happened but last week I started having a tracker problem. I transferred over to a new external hard-drive a few weeks ago, but everything was working correctly after the transfer and since then, I haven't even touched a thing. Now for some reason, almost all of my files have started to re-download and are now and I've noticed that it's starting to affect my tracker.example.com ratio. I've tried verifying the local data and updating my tracker but now I'm probably just going to have to let it re-download all of of the files at this point. I am trying to get some support from tracker.example.com as well, but is there anyway that I can restore my files without taking the hit? I always try to keep it my required ratio as low as possible but it's rising quickly.
