Completed files not moving to destination folders

Completed files not moving to destination folders

Over the past few months I have had a problem with "completed" files not moving from the "incomplete downloads folder" to their destination folders when they are done. While I can probably resolve the problem by not keeping incomplete files in a separate folder, I would rather not do that if possible. Is anyone else having this problem, if so, how did you correct the issue?
