WebUI - Can't upload new torrent file

Dear friends,pls help me.

UI client add torrents from URL's works well for me.
Also it works with GTK client well (debian-like linux)
But when am trying upload torrent file via web interfase - happens nothing (but it send http://myhostip:9091/transmission/rpc ajax request, as i understood - to refresh torrents listm but there never appends uploaded torrent file, i see this from firebug ).

How to check - what is happening here? I see nothing in /var/log/messages ... from transmission.
