Hi,
Since Autotrans for Firefox doesn't work in the recent versions, I ported my Safari extension to Firefox.
It's a small extension that gives you the possibility to just secondary click on any torrent link and then click the "Add to Transmission" context entry to have it downloaded and sent to the Transmission daemon that you've configured. The unique thing about it is that instead of sending URL's, the torrent is downloaded on the client computer (where you're already logged in, if it's a private tracker), and sent to the server.
You can download it here:

Add to Transmission for Firefox
Re: Add to Transmission for Firefox
I have Autotrans working for the most part for Firefox 4. Adding torrents from the context menu works. Just opening the web-gui does not because of the url used for both the web-gui and the rpc. ( http://host:port/transmission/rpc )
