The scheduled speed limit is interfering with the "turtle" button.
I when a speed limit is set to be disabled at say midnight, it does this very well. If however I decide I don't want it disabled and try to hit the little speed limit button to bring the automatically disabled speed limit as midnight, during the minute it was set for, transmission will override my click and disable the speed limit once again.
Perhaps instead of being minute based, it could be second based. if you pick midnight to disable the speed limit, the programming would actually take the first second of the minute to run its calculations on. There might be other solutions apparent to the programmers of transmission.
I have not checked if the same thing happens when the speed limit is enabled, instead of disabled by the "timer" but imagine there is a high probability it acts in the same slightly puzzling way.
