Add torrents paused during the day and downloaded at night

I have a router with Transmission installed on it which downloads stuff on a usb pen atteched on it.

I would like to always add torrents to transmission but all should be paused for example from 8AM to 11PM and then resumed in the remaining time.

My aim is to download the contents only at night, without "occupying" the adsl network during the day.

I use the webinterface or the watch-folder option to add torrents.

Do you know a way of how I can do that?

Unless you can run a cron job on your router, probably best to just throttle on the scheduler.
