"Peer has unchoked us, but we're not interested" - This appears in my tooltips (well, in German...), when I hover over a peer that definitely has 100% of the wanted torrent, but "Transmission" doesn't seem to be interested.
Why is that? I have lots of bandwidth to be filled, so I don't see the reason.
This is not true for every torrent, but right now, I have one that doesn't want to speed up. Should I limit uploads (???)
Anyone?
