'Completed' download question

I'm working on a script to run on completion of a download. And I'm running into an issue when the torrent I download is a directory containing multiple files. I have tranmission configured to move completed files to a directory and call a script. Before I start testing I was wondering if I could get some information or pointed towards some documentation. What qualifies a torrent as being complete? For instance if I download a directory i.e 'Foo' and it contains the files 'bar.txt' and 'test.txt', is transmission moving the files and kicking off the script when all the files have finished? TIA

It considers a torrent to be finished when all marked files (which by default is all) have had all their data downloaded and verified.
