Downloads to the wrong folder

I have selected the download folder in preferences to be a folder called Torrentz, but all the files that transmission downloads stays in the download folder on my computer.
I have many times selected the right folder over and over again in preferences, but it always download the files into another folder.

Why is this?

It only worked for me after I restarted Transmission. Seems to be a memory clearing bug. The preferences aren't actually loaded until after the program restarts.

I will try to restart it.
Havent set any folder for incomplete files.
