Almost every time when I get magnetized links, the torrents say downloading from 0 of 0 peers and they don't proceed to download metadata. Restarting the program does not fix it, a computer restart is required. There are peers available, but they aren't recognized until system restart. Re-downloading the App did not fix the program either.
