Downgrade on Mac OS X
Currently in version 4.0.6 and I would like to downgrade to 4.0.5 … is there an easy way to do this? Probably command line? Any help is appreciated

On Mac just get the old copy. Put it whereever. Most likely ~/Applications and use as always. Done it enough times that I simply wait a couple versions, if not more.

If you want to downgrade software to version 4.0.5, you can use the command line tools that come with your system or package manager. Simply search for the desired version and reinstall it, ensuring you specify version 4.0.5 when prompted. This works for most software environments, including Python, Node.js, and system-wide packages.
