Add more connection options

Currently on the peer tab I can only see two options: one for maximum connections total, and one for maximu connection for single torrents (the wording is also a bit misleading imho).

Could we have more options? Something like maximum download slots, maximum upload slots, and something along this line?

I think I've found the option! there is a second tab under transfer that I was completelly unaware it existed!!

Well this is not working how I expected it to work, so it would still be nice to have those kind of options.
