Port is Closed ever since move to campus network

Hey everybody, I posting this as I'm now having trouble with my transmission connection. The DL speeds are terrible as to what they used to be on my network at home. Currently I'm on a campus LAN > Netgear Router > Macbook Pro. No matter what steps I take in the "transmission" help section, the port remains closed.

Since you don't have control over your network setup, there's not much you can do.
