incomlete data to new mac

Hello,
how do I transport my incomlete data to a new mac? The old system is tiger, the new one will be leopard.

If you are simply updating then you shouldn't have to move anything. Otherwise the folder you want to copy is in Users/Yourname/Library/Application Support/Transmission.
You will also need to move the incomplete files to your new download folder (where ever you chose that to be).
