"Update Tracker" has been grayed out

I have v1.51 now, but since long ago before I updated to v1.0, I've notice that "Update Tracker" in my Transmission has always been grayed out. Is it just not working on my Mac, or is there something that I should know about? Thanks.

15" PowerBook G4 Titanium 1Ghz, 1GB Ram, Leopard OS X 10.5.6

I think Transmission automatically updates the tracker every x amount of minutes. After this has happened, the menu item gets greyed out to prevent people from hammering trackers.
