Helping me seed

Ok here is my problem
I want to seed to other people every time i have my files ready to seed nothing happens

could any one please help me out?

Im pretty sure it has something to do with my port here is a picture of it

Do you have the OS X firewall turned on? You might try opening the firewall and see if that allows the port to open in Transmission.
